膜結構車棚膜體的安裝包括四個部分:膜體展開、連接固定、吊裝到位四個部分。

(1)展開膜結構車棚的膜體前,在平臺上鋪設臨時布料,保護膜材不受損壞,清潔膜材,嚴格按照確定的順序展開膜體。打開包裝前,應校對包裝上的標記,確認安裝位置,并按標記方向展開,盡量避免展開后膜體在現場移動。

(2)展開前應先安裝緊固夾板,夾板間距不應大于2m,根據膜結構的跨度調整夾板中心間距,夾板螺栓和螺母必須擰緊到位。對于一次吊裝到位的膜體,夾板螺栓和螺母必須一次擰緊到位。

The center spacing of splints shall be adjusted according to the span of membrane structure, and the splint bolts and nuts must be tightened in place. (3)目前,索膜結構吊裝廣泛采用多點整體提升法,是將成熟的整體提升技術改造成索膜結構的柔性結構施工過程,要求整個過程同步。在起吊過程中控制各吊點的提升速度和距離,確保膜面傳力均勻。

膜結構車棚也可以采用分塊吊裝的方法,根據平面位置將膜體分為幾個工作塊,每個膜體也采用多點整體吊裝技術,整體吊裝到位。如果采用整體提升技術,需要投入的設備和人員較多,施工準備期較長。整個膜體采用分塊吊裝法分為5個工作塊、1片和2片、3片和4片、5片和6片、7片和8片、9片和10片,每個工作塊膜體的7個吊點同時提升。當所有膜體達到設計高度后,每個工作塊在空中連接在一起,其優勢相當明顯。在整個安裝過程中,應特別注意防止膜在風荷載作用下過度晃動。

(4)張拉成型是整個膜結構工程施工的重要環節。施工項目能否取得效果取決于張拉是否符合設計要求。當支撐結構為剛性邊界時,應通過特殊結構施加預應力。對于柔性邊界,可以通過調整支撐桿的位置來調節預應力。在張拉索膜結構中,膜材料的張拉預應力是由索提供的。整個張拉過程實際上是按照預定的應力將各種索拉到位。在張拉過程中,應確定分批張拉的順序、量值,控制張拉速度,并根據材料特性確定超張拉量值。張拉過程可分批、分級調整索的預應力,逐步達到設計值;也可對整體實施同步張拉。有控制要求的張力值應作為施工記錄,無控制要求的也應作為張拉行程記錄。
(4) Tension forming is an important link in the construction of the whole membrane structure project. Whether the construction project can achieve results depends on whether the tensioning meets the design requirements. When the supporting structure is rigid boundary, prestress shall be applied through special structure. For the flexible boundary, the prestress can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the support rod. In tensioned cable membrane structure, the tensioned prestress of membrane material is provided by cable. The whole tensioning process is actually to pull various cables in place according to the predetermined stress. During tensioning, the sequence and quantity of batch tensioning shall be determined, the tensioning speed shall be controlled, and the over tensioning quantity shall be determined according to the material characteristics. In the tensioning process, the prestress of the cable can be adjusted in batches and grades to gradually reach the design value; The whole can also be tensioned synchronously. The tension value with control requirements shall be used as the construction record, and the tension value without control requirements shall also be used as the tensioning stroke record.
